Ahhhhhhhh, thank you all so much! I was going to do a giveaway at 100, and then it just kept going up and then at 150 but I didn’t have money and things, and then I was going to at 200 BUT I’M TOO EXCITED TO WAIT. So there. 

Running this blog has been a joy. It’s helped me grow in a lot of ways, and I hope that I’ve helped some of you as well.

And so, without further ado

GIVEAWAY TIME 

I sort of themed this toward summery things, all bright and warm. So, what could you win? 

Grand Prize:

• A package of ginger hard candies
• Some cinnamon sticks
• Roasted dandelion root tea
• Palm oil candles
• A bag of wheat
• Bamboo Camomile incense
• An incense bowl burner thingy
• Six small plastic jars
• A pack of EITHER sandalwood or lemongrass incense
• Two locally made, hand-dipped beeswax tapers

I keep this mixture in an empty votive holder on my altar, and I’ve since sprinkled the mixture all the way around the borders of my yard and often times will sprinkle it around my sacred circle when I feel in need of protection. :) I definitely would recommend having a real mortar and pestle to mash up the egg shells, since I used the base of a pumpkin scoop.

So I was given a stick bug back in January. It has been alone in its tank since then. I went to change out his leaves today and found a bunch of babies running around!!!! I guess he is really a SHE! I just did some reading on stick bug reproduction and it turns out that females can reproduce using parthenogenesis, or self cloning! I HAVE BABY BUG CLONES IN MY HOUSE! O.o
